Q: How fast will you update my website?
A: Standard text changes are done within 24 hours of request by email.
If you wish to add an extra page of content or request any special development of your website, we will be be in touch quickly regarding a date of completion. The date will be realistic and the work completed to an efficient timescale to suit you.
Q: Can I update my own website?
A: If you choose option 2, to be hosted under your own domain name, then yes you can. We can set up Ftp access so you can update and alter website pages yourself from connecting to our server via your computer. However we do advise that unless you have a good knowledge of editing html, you should leave the changes to us or atleast consult us before you are performing any changes. Simple text updates should'nt effect any of your pages search engine ranking or appearance, but it is wise to double check with us first. Once you become accustom to what is a good updating practice and what is a bad one, things will get much easier for updating your website and knowing whether something is good idea or not.
Q: Where do I send a request for a website update to?

Q: Can I add extra content to my website at a later date?
A: Yes of course you can, you may add an unlimited amount of content to your website. However if the amount becomes considerably larger we may have to increase your hosting fee to suit.
Extra pages added will be quoted for at the time unless created by yourself (
Only advisable for people with good html and website experience.) We will inform you of a fast deadline, each time you request more pages to be added.
Q: Do you provide email accounts?
A: Yes email accounts come free with Option 2 hosting and maintenance. You can have as many email addresses as you like tied to your domain name. They are easy to set up in any version of Microsoft Outlook. We will send you instructions of how to set your email addresses up at the time of the website being created.
Q: Do you offer any bespoke website development?
A: Yes we do, we have a team of experts that design and develop websites using the very latest web technology. This means we can offer advanced features and functions on your website, to further add value to your company.
These could include, user login and registration, exclusive access to particular areas of your website for special customers, newsletter and subscription functions, website search facilities, online stores or ordering facilities plus more.
If you are interested in having your website developed to an advance standard to suit your particular needs, we advise all customers it is mandatory that they are hosted under their own domain name and the hosting fee per year will be quoted at a special rate.
